About the Center

Located in the heart of Brownsville, Brooklyn, the Prospect Plaza Community Center provides comprehensive family and community support services to residents. The center offers recreational and social programming, workforce-readiness training, case management, and referral services that help strengthen families and foster meaningful connections among neighbors.

Through signature programs like our Fatherhood Program, which helps fathers build stronger family bonds; Youth Stand United, which empowers young people through education and workforce development; and our Small Business Development Center (SBDC), which supports local entrepreneurs and small business owners, Prospect Plaza serves as a hub for empowerment, education, and opportunity in Brownsville.

Providing entrepreneurs and small business owners with tools to grow and sustain their businesses.

  • One-on-one business counseling
