Members learn or relearn life skills like cooking and cleaning and attain life goals like housing, education and employment.
Health Home Services is a Medicaid funded care management program for individuals with serious health, behavioral health or substance abuse problems.
TLC, located in the Brooklyn Women’s Shelter in East New York, supports homeless women who are suffering from severe mental illness and dealing with domestic violence, sexual assault, or trauma. BCS provides counseling, temporary shelter and assistance to secure permanent housing.
